材料 Ingredients:
消化餅乾 Digestive Biscuits 230g (約18塊) (About 18 pieces)
無鹽奶油 Unsalted butter 113g
草莓 150g
魚膠粉( 吉利丁粉) 14g
冷水 cold water 4 湯匙 tablespoons
白砂糖 sugar 80g
水 water 2 湯匙 tablespoons
淡忌廉 whipping cream 200ml
忌廉芝士 (室温) cream cheese (at room temp.) 250g
裝飾用草莓 Strawberries for decoration 8- 12粒 8-12 pieces
